Q. Do you have a Minimum Order. 

A. A minimum of six garments of any type is preferred for embroidery but we are happy to supply any quantity or special 'one-offs'. For Screenprinting a minimum of 20 garments is required. Transfer prints start at 1.

Q.Why do I need any Design Origination I have already got art work. 

A. To operate an Embroidery Machine your Artwork has to be turned into one of several Embroidery Machine Formats. This is a skilled job and is one of the main elements of a high quality Embroidery.

Q. Can you originate my Design for me.

A. Yes we have many years of experience producing high quality Embroidery Designs for leading Companies Sports Clubs and Schools.

Q. How long do you take to deliver.

A. Normally within 7-10 working days after artwork/sample approval. In an emergency we can sometimes turn garments around in 2/3 days.

Q. How much does Design Origination cost.

A. An average Design would cost around £45 but we will Give you an accurate cost when we see the design.

Q. Can I use the Design again.

A. Yes, your design is held on file and backed up onto our server for future use.

Q. I already have my design on disk, can you use it.

A. Yes if it is in any of the main Embroidery formats.

Q. I have got my own garments will you Embroider them for me.

A. Yes, we will give you a price when we see the design.

Q. Do you do Childrens Sizes.

A. Yes most of the garments displayed can be supplied in childrens sizes.

Q. Can you Embroider Caps.

A. Yes, but there are some limitations on certain types of cap.

Q. I want names of individuals on my garments can you do that.

A. Yes, Monogramming is one of our many specialist services.

Q. I only want the name of my Company on the garments do I have to pay for Design Origination.

A. If one of our Standard Fonts is suitable then we will create a design with our 'basic' origination cost.

Q. Can you give me any idea's for a Design.

A. Yes if required we can create Design idea's based on your brief and send you artwork for approval.

LIABILITY

All garments are guaranteed against faults in manufacture. Faulty garments and any claims should be notified within 5 days and prior arrangements made for acceptance of the goods. We cannot be held responsible for any garments ordered to the wrong size or when you quote your order as ”the same as last time“ or if your last invoice states one garment code and you mean another garment code. If you are unsure of anything contact us and we will be happy to help.

Any artwork or designs produced by us and used in the manufacture of badges, logos etc on your behalf will remain the sole property of this company. Copyright of artwork, disks, screens etc used for reproduction of existing designs will remain with the customer unless negotiated otherwise.
